Radio Stations Partner with Messinger to Benefit “Cell Phones for Soldiers”

Messinger Mortuaries, Paradise Memorial Gardens, and their media partners KOY-AM, KSLX-FM, KFYI-AM, KKNT-AM, and KTAR-FM are doing a cell phone recycling drive to benefit the non-profit,  “Cell Phones for Soldiers.”

People who would like to donate old cell phones may drop them off during normal business hours at any Messinger Mortuary location, Paradise Memorial Gardens, Arcadia Tavern, LifeBrokers, participating radio station location, and designated radio station events. For a complete listing of locations see our drop-off locations page.

They will start collecting phones on Monday, October 31st, and continue through Veterans Day, Friday, November  11th.

Cell Phones for Soldiers uses proceeds raised from cell phone donations to buy and distribute calling cards for U.S. troops stationed overseas, so that they can afford to call home.
